- BEWARE when paying your utility bill on-line. The Town does not use nor support DOXO.com as a payment vendor. Several customers have tried to pay on-line using the Town’s website but was taken to DOXO instead. According to IT professionals, malware on your phone may be the culprit. DOXO is a third party vendor who mails a check, therefore, your payment is not valid until the Town receives the check. Payments made using the Town’s vendor on-line is an immediate payment that is transferred electronically with no checks involved.
